Live in San Francisc

In 1968, a legendary rock band was born: Free. Their debut album “Tons Of Sobs” is one of the greatest blues rock albums ever and an astonishing document of musical excellence. The impression of casually detached maturity is mainly owed to the gorgeously rough-edged rock vocals of frontman Paul Rodgers. Though just a teenager then, he sounded like twenty years of live experience. Free’s major breakthrough happened in 1970 when they released their album “Fire And Water”. It featured the hit single “All Right Now”, still considered one of the greatest classics in rock history to date. In 1984 – long after Free’s split-up and following ten years of Bad Company – Rodgers co-founded The Firm with Jimmy Page. Since the 1990s, he has mainly focused on his solo career. On various tours, Rodgers has proved the timeless value of Free’s short-lived but all-consuming existence. Free helped Paul Rodgers become what he’ll always be in the eyes and ears of his countless fans: one of the greatest voices of rock!
