These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on iMusic.dk.

The agreements concluded in Danish, English, German, Norwegian and Swedish. The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers Trades via iMusic.dk. Operators have no right of withdrawal.

Payment and delivery

We accept payment by credit card, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, giro and bank transfer. We charge a fee for payment by giro 35 kr. And 3.3% of the order total for payment PayPal. Card transactions are captured when the order is dispatched.

If you have ordered multiple items and one of the products are backordered, we draw first payment for this item when it is shipped. Prices are quoted in Danish kroner. On top of the price to be added to the price of freight. You choose shipping type at the end of the ordering process. We deliver the products via Post Denmark, DAO (Danish Newspaper Distribution) and GLS.


You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days the day when you or another person you have chosen (not carrier), get the goods in physical possession.

If you have ordered several items in one order, and we can not deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period from you or another person that you have chosen (not the carrier) is the last good physical possession. If period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following working day.

How you utilize the right of withdrawal

To undo by giving us the message that you regret. The cancellation deadline is met if you send your message that you regret your purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.

The return of the product and return costs

If you regret the purchase of a product, send or deliver goods to us at iMusic, Ryesgade 18, 1st floor, 8000 Aarhus C, without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. Goods can not be sent by. COD or without delivery.

You must pay for returning the goods. The cost of returning the product depends on the volume, weight and choice of deliverer and expected maximum amount to 210 kr.

The repayment of the money

When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. If you selecting a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not additional expense refunded. We reimbursed without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that the goods are returned. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any conditions imposed on you any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

testing of the product and packaging

You are only liable for a possible. loss of product value, resulting from the handling of the product, than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. You can usually check the goods in the same way that one can and must be in a business, but do not take it into use. If you have used it in a way that should not be or can be in a business, and we can not sell it, or can not sell it at full price again, you have to assume that we deduct the depreciation in the amount you need to have back.

You should also make sure that the item is securely packaged, when you return it. You bear the risk of package / goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt and possible. track & trace number.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item

If you buy a product, and there is a defect in it & mdash; eg a material or manufacturing defects & mdash; finds purchase Act apply. You can complain about defects in the goods within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at info@imusic.dk or tel. +45 86137343 Please as detailed as possible indicate what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find error and minimizes turnaround time for complaint. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the product must always be in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. Save postal receipt incl. information on freight costs and possible. track & trace number.

Information on redress

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk.
