VIETNAMESE Cuisine is one of the best hidden cuisine in the world with the unique taste, simple and mix with exotic spirit. The foods here are diversity and amazingly tasty at the same time. This book introduce common home cook dishes in Vietnamese families along the country. Whether it is the sophisticate and elegant taste from the North, the rich and diversity of the center or the spicy mix with sweet foods in the South. Living in Italy, one of the capitals of cuisines in the world, I fell in love with many great foods here with Pasta, Pizza, Salami, Cheese, Firenze steak... However, Asian foods and especially Vietnamese foods hold a strong part in my heart, it is something that I love since I was a child, but also its something objectively I still believe that it is extremely good, and low price. The part that Vietnamese food even though not as famous as some other parts of cuisine in Asia also made me feel that it is something more unique and like a treasure hidden which has a lot space to explore and bring to the world.
