Mixed Ligand Complexes of Curcumin - L- Phenyl Alanine

Curcumin is a good chelating agent forms strong complexes with most of the non-metals and metals ions. The physical properties and structure of these compounds depend on the nature of the metal ion, the stoichiometry of the reaction conditions can be prepared by mixing stoichiometric amounts of (CUM) and what (metal salts) in suitable organic solvents. Mixed ligands, and their coordination compounds which have played great importance in medicine, bioinorganic chemistry and industry.
