Diagnosing Aortic Valve Stenosis (AS. Using two and three dimensional echocardiography technique. The data measurements were collected from 215 patients within three different groups of aortic valve patients (Native Aortic Valves, Tissue Prosthetic Aortic Valve{Pig and Cow tissue}and Mechanical Prosthetic Aortic Valves). Data acquired was subjected to discriminatory analysis using maximum velocity, maximum gradient, mean gradient, LVF/EF, age, and total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and triacylglycerol levels as quantitative explanatory, active variables, and gender, rhythm status, renal function status, and category as qualitative explanatory variables (monitoring year was obviously excluded since this is a non-contributory variable). Modified & unmodified risk factor influencing into the rate progression or restenosis of AS. Diagnosing AS from the asymptomatic and symptomatic stages (mild moderate & severe). AS pathophysiology, aetiology and clinical presentation of AS, other diagnostic techniques, AS treatment (medical& surgical treatment) and management clinical results after aortic valve replacement (AVR) surgical operation and the consequence complication of AS.
