Margaret Bishop Lankford was known to be a mean, ornery, cantankerous old woman that stayed home, didn't socialize and had few friends. Until she met a young man that had started coming to her church, this young man helped to show her the error of her ways, her lifestyle and the fact that she proclaimed to be Christian but had closed her heart off from everyone including Jesus. Now you can't keep Margaret out of trouble much less home. Being a newlywed after marrying her neighbor that she had been bullying for years their honeymoon turns into another mystery that Margaret finds herself involved in.
