The CIA and the Case of the Raven King

A mermaid appears to Tobias in Penobscot Bay, Maine. (See Tobias "The Terrible" Tremayne, by M. Heart Moss.) The mermaid says to him, "The ancient grouper is dead. Beware, the Raven King cometh."

Who is the Raven King? What is the ancient grouper?

Tobias sends a video to his friend Elizabeth, and she takes the problem to the CIA, The Citonia and Isabel Agency. (See Who's in Charge of Halloween? by M. Heart Moss) Isabel, the smartest person in her school, using clues from a children's book (The Last Fairy Tale, by M. Heart Moss) and a book by Susanna Clarke (Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell) pieces together the answer.

So who is the Raven King? And why does he want to destroy Santa Claus? How can two young girls help save their friend Santa?

They will need the help of Santa's brother Canute, a coven of witches, the mermaid Serina, and most of all, the music of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, (1714 -1788.)

Canute, Tobias, Serina, and the coven of witches will have to match wits with the Raven King in order to save Citonia, Isabel and Santa after the Raven King kidnaps them. How can the music of C. P. E. Bach defeat the Raven King? How will a battle of music lead to his downfall?
