Pieces of the Patriarch

This is a novel compiled and coordinated by multiple high school writers in Cedarburg, WI. It introduces Andrew, an adult who is forced to face a painful past. Years after leaving his grandparents' home in Tesson, Montana, Andrew Watson reluctantly returns for the funeral of his grandfather, Howell, an abusive man Andrew struggles to forgive. Through the multiple voices of Tesson's citizens--those who have known Andrew most of his life--the mystery of the town, those who reside there, and Andrew's family is revealed.
