In the Morning at Sunrise

Nelson Graham was normally a man of great control. He had faced danger many times and had coolly and calmly met the situation head on. His six-foot muscular frame had been able to deal with the most desperate of circumstances and emerge the victor. But when Nelson found a sixteen year old friend dead in a stream behind his home his momentary confusion clouded his judgment. Though the sheriff ruled it an accident Nelson soon believed his friend was murdered. The events in the next few days opened his lonely life to love, danger, and a suffocating death. Could he calmly meet the most life-threatening situation he had ever faced and bring a murderer to justice? Or would he lose his life and the most precious love he had ever known? About the Author James and Kathryn Duncan have served as parents, foster parents, shepherds of churches, missionaries, and in the Navy. Beginning with a summer missionary tour during college, James has been involved in short-term missions ever since. He made two visits to Iraq, finding Christians there resembling Christians of the first century. James and Kathryn were on a team invited by the government of China to visit and preach in the churches of Beijing China. In September of 2009 James went with a team to the Republic of Georgia. In Tbilisi and Gori, the birth city of Stalin, they shared with children in orphanages. Gori, the extreme cold region of Georgia, had orphanages in the greatest need. James authors newspaper columns, articles, and Bible study materials published by Sunday School houses. An event occurred a few years ago that birthed an idea for this book of fiction, In The Morning At Sunrise.
