The Wonderful World of Woodchucks

With exquisite and stunning close up full-color photographs of woodchucks and other animals, The Wonderful World of Woodchucks is the second book in a series that tells the story of a woodchuck family in the backyard of a New England family's home as well as other amazing animals like bunnies, deer, squirrels, fox, mice and toads. Madison Dora Rossetti, ten years old now, was seven years old when she was first inspired to write and share this photo book about the woodchuck family that lived in her backyard in the spring and summer of 2014 and continued her adventure through the summer of 2016. With some help from her parents, Angelo and Pam, with photography and editing, her story is complete. Fondly called the "Woodchuck Whisperer" by her dad, Maddie hopes that her story inspires children and adults alike to appreciate nature's animals like the woodchuck. Madison will make a donation to the St. Rita School library for every book sold. She is an avid reader and hopes that other children enjoy her photo book. The book is a fun and entertaining, with full color photographs, Fun Facts, a Maze, and there is even a trivia page. Animal lovers, woodchuck or groundhog fans and naturalists will truly enjoy this photo book.
