It discussed differences between the Standing Joint Force Headquarters at different Regional Combatant Commands. This led to an analysis of the capabilities the Standing Joint Force Headquarters brings to the Joint Task Force Headquarters in support of the Army Operational Headquarters. Therefore, it concluded that the Standing Joint Force Headquarters contains capabilities that are beneficial to the establishment of a Joint Task Force Headquarters. The joint and regional expertise brought by the Standing Joint Force Headquarters allows for a more rapid establishment of a cohesive and functioning Joint Task Force Headquarters.
