"Sell everything. Meet me in Mexico." In the San Francisco airport, I held my passport and a 60-liter backpack. My journey as Perro sin casa began. The homeless dog ventured from the colorful streets of Mexico City to the ghetto of Buenos Aires. Along the way, I found love, friendship, infections, adventure, confusion, and death. When I embarked upon this journey the plan was no plan. Wherever the wind took me, wherever the train stopped, Perro sin casa was home. After writing this book it is clear - traveling in a strange land is what brought this homeless dog to life.
