About the author: Muma Cathy has spent most of her life caring for people. She started out as a qualified nurse and later became the manager of a Care Home for the elderly. She went on to qualify as an Advanced practitioner of NLP, Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy. She later qualified as a practitioner of EFT and TRP and an Advanced practitioner of the 'Lightning Process', at the Phil Parker Training Institute, London. Muma Cathy loves to celebrate good food with family and friends. She is passionate about the importance of mind / body balance and believes that good nutrition plays an important role in this.
