Pink Sugar Pie

The beautifully illustrated rhyming tale of adventure, disaster and rescue that befalls an ant troupe that marches into the dining room to raid the sugar bowl. A catastrophic disaster occurs in the sugar bowl when the sugar cubes collapse burying their leader in the landslide. The team mounts a courageous team rescue and they eventually find their way back to daylight between the trembling chasms and canyons. Shaken, but determined, they get on with their task of harvesting and nip off the sugar to carry home where they celebrate their lucky escape by feasting on pink sugar pie.
