She cant believe its him. When she sees him looking at her from the other side of the ballpark her first instinct is to crawl under the bleachers and hide. Maybe if she ignores him hell stay away. Oh no! Hes coming over, waving as if hes glad to see her and theres no place to hide, no place to run. Aimee has a secret. Something she never told her high school sweetheart twenty years ago. She left him abruptly, leaving town with her parents and breaking all ties with him.
