Complete Violin Sonatas 1

Accent launches the first complete recording of all works for piano and violin on period instruments. Some are now probably trim for the order "Piano and Violin", but even if Beethoven's ten violin sonatas mark the final turning point towards an equality of the two instruments, they are still expressly designated as "Sonatas for Piano and Violin" by the composer. Make a start with the sonatas Op.47 and Op.96 two summits works of chamber music for violin, their interpretation is a real challenge not only on historical instruments. For their complete recording Linda Nicholson and Hiro Kurosaki use the way not only the right historic Viennese instruments, for the Kreutzer Sonata Op.47 Kurosaki has inserted at the secured sites also own cadenzas as the George Bridge Tower, the original dedicatee of the Sonata in premiere did. The first complete recording on period instruments is thus set at the outset standards in it's category.
