This work is geared towards helping families and the general society on women work and in the discharge of their domestic duties. Most of the problems we have in families today is as a result of imbalance in the choice of who should work, the man or the woman. This work will help both individuals and governments in their decisions with reference to women work and the ability to cope with family responsibilities why performing or working in an organization. One should not be done at the expense of another, there should be a balance to avoid crisis in the home and reduce the rate of divorce.
