Meu Brasil Brasileiro / Ary Barroso & Dorival Caymmi - Um Interpreta O Outro

This release compiles two long unavailable albums from his final years: Meu Brasil brasileiro, a 1959 LP on which he re-recorded some of his biggest hits from the 1930s and the 1940s in Hi-Fidelity, and Um interpreta o outro (Odeon MOFB-3038), an album on which he plays songs by the great Brazilian singer/songwriter Dorival Caymmi (1914-2008) on piano, while Caymmi himself sings Barroso's compositions. The first album appears here on CD for the first time ever!
