Mclintock / american West Of John Ford

John Wayne shows off his funny side in the 1963 western MCLINTOCK, playing a successful, hard-drinking, rabble-rousing cattle baron whose town is named in his honour. After his wife (Maureen O'Hara) and daughter leave him for the East, McLintock attempts to win them back. This set also includes the documentary THE AMERICAN WEST OF JOHN FORD, which looks at the life and films of director John Ford, and features insights from three of his most well known lead actors: John Wayne, James Stewart, and Henry Fonda.
