Pokazano, chto pri detal'nom izuchenii n- komponentykh (n = 3..4) sistem tverdykh rastvorov obnaruzhivayutsya oblasti vnutri formirovaniya odnoy fazy, v kotorykh imeet mesto kachestvenno-kolichestvennoe razlichie v povedenii kristallograficheskikh (parametry yacheyki) i termodinamicheskikh (otklik na vneshnie vozdeystviya - dielektricheskaya pronitsaemost', moduli uprugosti i t.d.) svoystv, a takzhe uchastki sosushchestvovaniya takikh fazovykh sostoyaniy, kharakterizuyushchiesya postoyanstvom strukturnykh parametrov. Privedeny elektrofizicheskie parametry razrabotannykh n-komponentnykh materialov dlya razlichnykh oblastey primeneniy, kotorye mogut byt' ispol'zovany, v chastnosti, v vysokovol'tnykh aktyuatorakh lazernykh adaptivnykh sistem, kompensatorakh vibratsii oborudovaniya, priborakh tochnogo pozitsionirovaniya ob"ektov (mikrolitografiya, tunnel'nye rastrovye mikroskopy).
